The proposed International Policy Roundtable on Local Governance and Rural Development is designed as a high-level policy dialogue and peer-learning platform to deliberate on innovative policies, institutional mechanisms, and best practices that can support Liberia’s ARREST Agenda. Through knowledge exchange, comparative analysis, and evidence-based policy discussions, the Roundtable will facilitate the identification of practical strategies to strengthen decentralisation, enhance local governance effectiveness, and promote sustainable rural transformation in Liberia.
